Initiate Your Return
Log into your Kiabi account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization code.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.
Ship the Parcel
Drop off your package at any authorized Kiabi collection point or use a local courier service to send it back to our central warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
